speakersRev. Stephen Gallegos, C.M.
Rev. Stephen was born in Denver and entered The Congregation of the Mission on February 2, 1965 as lay brother. He then went to the Mission in Taiwan in May 1975 and was ordained September 25, 1988. In September of 2011 he returned to the USA and currently serves as Chaplain to the Daughters of Charity in Evansville, IN. On November 21, 2016 he renewed his Missionary of Mercy in the Year of Mercy.

Rev. Thomas M. Dragga
Fr. Tom Dragga graduated from Borromeo Seminar in Wickliffe, OH in 1979 with a B.A. in Social Behavioral Sciences. Fr. Dragga received his M. Div. from St. Mary Seminary and was ordained at St. John the Evangelist Cathedral on June 11, 1983. In 1993 he received his Doctorate in Leadership and Evangelization from United Theological Seminary and University of Dayton, Dayton OH.

Fr. Dragga joined the Pastoral Theology and Field Education Department of St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School in 1990. In July of 1996, Fr. Dragga was name the seventh President-Rector of Borromeo Seminary, which is the undergraduate seminary for the Diocese of Cleveland. He held a joint position as President of the College seminary while continuing to serve as a professor of Pastoral Theology at St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology and an adjunct faculty member of John Carroll University. He continues teaching in the Doctor of Ministry Program as an adjunct Professor of Pastoral Theology for St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology.

Fr. Dragga was a member of the Board of Directors of the Board of Directors of the National Catholic Education Association where he serves as the vice chair and member of the Executive Committee. In 2014, Fr. Dragga was elected President of the National Organization of the Continuing Education of Roman Catholic Clergy.

Fr. Dragga has served as retreat director, Parish Mission speaker and has spoken both locally and nationally on a variety of subjects on the Liturgy, Pastoral Life, Evangelization and Church Leadership.
